I was panicking when thinking about all the luggage I had to get to my 30-45 min away caraousel..with a toddler alone. Looked up any luggage service..found Jodogo .. they were responsive RIGHT away... I only was expecting them to grab my luggage and check them in. Let me be on my way.. No.. they went ABOVE and BEYOND. They personally stayed with me..checked me in..took my purse, laptop..my bags..walked me through TSA..took me to my lounge.. waited while I took up food for my daughter..enjoyed my meal.. then also grabbed me from the lounge to the last leg of boarding my flight. When I say I had absolutely NO ISSUES...no issues AT ALL!!!

Used their services at Madrid airport in December 2025. Julio was wonderful to my daughter from the moment she stepped out on the curb to the time she was at the gate. Priya and others from Jodogo were also responsive and helpful setting up the booking and asking follow up questions. Recommend if you need support at the airport.

I received absolutely outstanding service from the JODOGO team! We were in a very tricky situation with little notice—we had to change flights in Kuala Lumpur, landing at Terminal 2, collecting our luggage, clearing immigration, transferring to Terminal 1, checking in again, and catching a separate onward flight. To make things worse, our first flight was severely delayed, and every other agency I contacted (more than five) said they couldn’t assist on such short notice. JODOGO was the only one who stepped in to help.

I booked for my parents in Cancun, and they had a great experience. All services were as promised...The guide met them with a sign as they came off the plane, took them through all airport processes, helped with bags, and helped find their booked car. The whole experience was friendly and efficient. The only major downside is the price...Very expensive for what it is (almost as much as the flights themselves!). I would like to see a more affordable option. That said, in looking around, it is generally comparable to other services...My parents would likely not travel if having to navigate on their own (it just becomes too stressful for them), so the price seemed worth it for this special occasion trip.
